The Standard

Twenty-three years of
one conviction.

TLC didn't begin with a curriculum. It began with a belief: chiropractors deserve to be coached by people who have actually run the practices they're coaching.

Everything here grows from that one line - who joins the coaching team, what we teach, and what we refuse to become.

The Belief
Underneath It All

Coaching should be a relationship, not a transaction. It should come from people who've actually built the kind of practice you're trying to build. It should tell you the truth about what the work takes, and stay in it with you long after the framework's been handed over.

A belief like that is easy to state and expensive to keep. It means turning people away when TLC isn't right for them. It means no contract, and no promise of overnight results. We hold to it anyway, because it's the only version of coaching we're willing to put our name on.

Our Promises

Four lines we hold even when holding them costs us.

We won't lock you into a contract.

Relationships should continue because they're valuable, not because they're difficult to leave. Members stay year after year with nothing holding them there but results.

We won't coach your adjustment.

Your clinical philosophy belongs to you. Our work begins everywhere else: the business, the leadership, the systems, and the confidence that let your clinical gifts have a greater impact.

We won't promise overnight success.

Healthy practices aren't built in twelve weeks. They're built one decision, one relationship, and one season at a time.

We won't recommend something we don't believe is right for you.

Sometimes that means telling someone TLC isn't the best next step, and we're comfortable with that. Protecting trust has always mattered more to us than another enrollment.

What We Ask of You

Coachability is the price of admission.

People ask what it takes to succeed here, expecting us to describe a perfect chiropractor - the right personality, the right size practice, the right amount of experience. It's simpler than that.

The members who grow most aren't the ones who came in furthest ahead. They're the ones who stay coachable. They ask honest questions, implement what they learn, and when something doesn't work they come back, talk about it, adjust, and keep moving.

Holding that line is an act of respect toward the members who meet it. Someone who isn't ready to implement doesn't simply fail to progress - they shift a group call toward managing resistance and lower the ceiling of what the room can do together.

We'll bring twenty-three years of everything we've learned. All we ask is the willingness to grow.

Longevity

Nothing keeps anyone here but the results.

In a market full of twelve-week programs and ninety-day transformations, the length of our relationships is the argument. It isn't a loyalty statistic, and it isn't because leaving is difficult - there is no contract to leave.

Members stay year after year because the coaching keeps producing results they aren't willing to give up. The questions don't stop after the first associate, the second location, or the leadership team. They just become different, and we'd rather still be in the conversation when they do.

Our coaching isn't designed around a finish line. It's designed around a career.

Leadership

The people carrying this forward were built by it.

The founders spent twenty-three years teaching doctors to build something worth passing on. In 2026 they did it themselves, handing TLC to Dr. Ryan and Sarah Weaver while they're still here to coach beside them. The standard they set still holds. Everything around it is only getting stronger.

Dr. Dean and Dr. Jen DePice

The Foundation

Dr. Dean & Dr. Jen DePice

They built the standard everything here still runs on. TLC started in a single room twenty-three years ago, from a conviction rather than a curriculum: that chiropractors deserve to be coached by people who have actually run the practices they're coaching, and that a doctor's numbers can't be separated from their marriage, their team, or their peace of mind.

Everything here grew from that belief, one relationship at a time. What Dr. Dean and Dr. Jen shaped over those years was never only a system. It was a family that looks after its own. They remain part of it today as advisors and coaches, still on the stage where it started. Their legacy isn't being retired. It's being built on.

Dr. Ryan and Sarah Weaver

The Stewards

Dr. Ryan & Sarah Weaver

Dr. Ryan and Sarah Weaver carry it forward together. Dr. Ryan came to TLC as a member, in the same seats you'd be sitting in, and grew his practice from a $200 used portable table into a million-dollar office on the system he now coaches, which makes him living proof of what it can do.

Sarah came from outside the profession, with a background in brand and operations, and gives that coaching the structure and clarity it needs to reach the doctors it was built for. Their job now is to protect what matters most, the heart of the coaching and the community that has always held it, and to give it room to reach further.

If this sounds like your kind of standard.

Start with a conversation. We'll tell you honestly whether TLC is your next step.
