School teaches you to adjust. Nobody's teaching you what comes after.
You're deep in boards prep, clinic hours, and a schedule that doesn't leave much room to think about practice life. But the questions are already there. Should you associate first or open your own place? What does a good associate deal actually look like? How do doctors who love their work set things up so they still have a life outside of it?
Most students figure that out alone, after graduation, when the decisions start costing real money. You can start those conversations now, with doctors who have already made those decisions and are glad to talk through them.

Registration opens in January
Every year, TLC hosts Mentor Match, where students meet practicing doctors one-on-one. Registration opens in January and includes a selection process, and students who are matched work with their doctor for the year ahead.
Why TLC
The best time to find your people is before you need them.
Chiropractic can be an isolating profession, and a lot of doctors don't find their support until they're already a few hard years in. Every TLC coach was coached themselves, and every one of them remembers what it was like to graduate with a lot of skill and very few answers about running a practice. We'd rather you walk out of school already knowing who to call.
There's no cost to join and nothing to buy. We want to help you grow, and we'd love to get to know you along the way.
